Filtered or blocked by a firewall – In some cases a domain, particularly at schools or other institutions, might have an firewall in place to block spam and viruses. If so, the protectmokids.com training may not be able to run on your employer's system:

  •  Ask your IT department to “white list” the domain https://protectmokids.com/.
  •  Your employer may block access to external sites like YouTube.  This training contains videos from YouTube. If such restrictions exist, we recommend completing the training on your home network.


For the best experience- use a laptop or desktop computer. We do not recommend taking this training on a smartphone and cannot provide technical support for participants taking the training on a smartphone.
